The Fish Bay, St. John, watershed is experiencing rapid residential development and corresponding impacts from uncontrolled erosion, sediment and stormwater. VI RC&D was contracted by the V.I. Department of Planning & Natural Resources Coastal Zone Management Program (DPNR-CZM) to assist in designing and implementing best management practices (BMPs) to mitigate pollution in the Fish Bay watershed. The primary goal of the project was to develop a Comprehensive Road Stabilization Plan with Best Management Practices.
