Call For Presentations

You are invited to submit an abstract to present information on implementing and/or adapting environmentall-friendly practices to reduce or prevent pollution of terrestrial and marine environments in the Caribbean region. Topics of particular interest include:

    Training Seminar: All accepted seminars will have their abstract and agenda included in the Conference Proceedings. Each accepted seminar will be presented using a 3-4 hour interactive format to include a question and answer period. Abstracts & agendas must be maximum two pages in length and submitted with the enclosed form. Abstracts and agendas must also be submitted in digital form, see below.

    Technical Paper: All accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings. Each accepted paper will be presented orally using a 15-20 minute format followed by a 5 minute question and answer period. Abstracts must be maximum one page in length and submitted with the following form. Abstracts and papers must also be submitted in digital form, see below.

    Poster Presentation: All accepted poster abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceedings. Each accepted poster must fit on a 6'w x 4'h backdrop. Please indicate if you are willing to share a backdrop. Abstracts must be submitted with the following form, along with a digital copy, see below.

    Product/Information Exhibit: All accepted exhibits will have the company/agency name, contact information, and product or display description included in the Conference Proceedings. Exhibit information must be submitted using the following form. Exhibit must fit into a 6'w x 8'h x 4'd space (including table and chairs). Please indicate if additional resources (extension cord, etc.) are needed.

    Digital Format: Abstracts must be submitted with minimum formatting, in either a Word, Word Perfect or text file with 12 pt, Times Roman font, and 1" margin formatting.
