VI RC&D was chartered in 1971 and received its 501(c)3 nonprofit status in 1990. VI RC&D is an independent, locally-administered, non-profit organization that addresses natural resource and community development issues in the territory. VI RC&D effectively develops partnerships with governmental, non-governmental and private organizations. These alliances provide the necessary tools and resources that allow the VI RC&D to accomplish its goals and objectives. |
