The VI RC&D Council is an independent, non-profit, 501(c)3 organization incorporated in June 1990. As a locally-administered organization, VI RC&D effectively develops partnerships with governmental, non-governmental and private organizations. These alliances provide the necessary tools that allow VI RC&D to bring together needed resources to get the job DONE! The strength of the RC&D program is in giving local people the opportunity to solve their own problems.
